I paced up and down the corridor anxiously, wringing my hands out.
For the first time in my life, I was uncertain about a decision. When I first thought of it yesterday, it seemed like the perfect thing to do.

Frustrated with my indecisiveness, I gripped the banister hard.
This decision was not just about me. It was about everyone in my life.
How will they react? Would they take it well? Could they respect my decision this time?
Questions were clamoring for attention, screaming in my mind for answers.
This is not the time to over think, I chided myself. You made a choice so you need to stick to it!
I loosened my grasp on the railing.
Taking a deep breath, I shut all coherent thinking into a box and walked out of Barkat Villa.
