They make the divorce official and legal after signing the papers. It is after that, the law gives the 3 month period where they can reconcile.If they do not, then the wife is free to marry anyone else. She can also marry her first husband if they reconcile after the 3month period.

Those second and third divorce comes into play only if they again decide to part their ways after they reconcile post the first divorce.

thanks for this.i'm in confuse state now but as per TC article she just decided to give divorce paper to Zain so we have hope left.
