talaq is valid in all the emotions whether u r joking, sad, or in anger unless "Talaq is not valid in case of
ighlaq." One of the meanings of ighlaq is
when the person is extremely angry that
he is not aware of what he says.. I.e. he is don't know what he is saying.

but as zain.said to Regan k send me the ppts it means he knows what he is doing so it means takaq is valid...

this is the correct procedure I THINK

after the husband says first talaaq he must wait for one full menstrual cycle of the wife ... in case she becomes pregnant divorce is not valid...if they reconcile without any marriage...

even after one month if he still wants to divorce her he says talaaq again but he still has to wait for one menstrual cycle again.. in that 30 days if they reconcile good but they have to get married again..

But even after 2 menstrual cycle of wife is complete without pregnancy .. and he still wants to divorce her then final talaaq is said..

This what I understood from what that uncle told... If is wrong then please forgive me... It is not ment to hurt anyone's belief and religion

but zain just went through huge turmoil, he is extremely hurt, angry most importantly he is under a huge MU..which i understood should not be there and his mind is clouded and he cannot take any logical decision...if they show in the correct way .. they are not divorced..

Everyone are saying different things about the talaq, everything is contradicting itself. I am really just going to wait and watch.
