seriously saying talaq at ur fathers funeral at a cemetery is not the way to end a marriage, everyone is emotional charged and hopefully we get some clarity tom coz otherwise for high drama they r making a mockery of a funeral, marriage and Islamic laws

divorce happen or not but Zain ruin their relation by said that word today.even tomorrow when he will know true and will ask for forgiveness Aliya might be forgive him but the trust and respect she hold for him and their relation will no longer be there.their unbreakable bond now no more unbreakable.it will never be same anymore.

In Quran-e-Shareef, there's a surah talaaq which says"saying talaaq three times talaaq happened"

and talaaq always happen in anger, there's no such thing stages of anger while giving talaaq
