Dev locket and thread in high demand in Kolkata markets!

Kolkata, Guess what's the new hot thing for tradition loving Kolkata public? Dev girlfriend locket and maa thread!

Ever since Dev Goenka got saved from accident and even after being shot thrice, there is high demand for locket and thread worn by him, which apparently protected him from disasters.

Speaking to Kolkata Khabor, a shopkeeper named Amitav said, "The Goenkas indeed simply own Kolkata. Whatever they do sets trends. After Dev Goenka was saved from death twice, the girlfriend locket and maa dhaaga have been in high demand. We have even received orders from other states and overseas."

There are posters everywhere luring girlfriends and mothers to buy these knick knacks for the men in their lives. With festive season coming after a month the craze is expected to pick up even more.

Sources say Rajnath Goenka is looking to patent Dev lockets and thread and curb sale of fakes to leverage moolah from demand for these symbols in market.

Dev has also become a celebrity of sorts as pieces autographed by him are selling at even higher prices. Gossip mills say his brother Shaurya is not too pleased with this trend.

Whatever it is, the Goenkas sure have Kolkata wrapped around their little fingers. Grab your Dev locket and thread from a store near you!

Nothing has been going right for the Goenka's family even since Thakurs entered their life. But its time to relax for Mrs. Sakshi Goenka for it seems that even the Gods are scared of her and have finally decided to answer her prayers. A little birdie have whispered to us that Mr. Dayal Thakur has been looking for a perfect match for her daughter and has finally managed to find a perfect Shiv for her daughter Durga. If sources are to be believed the perfect Shiv is neither Dev nor Shaurya.. Heartbreaking news, isnt it?? But certainly not for Mrs. Goenka for she is extremely pleased with this news and is heard to gift the costliest diamond necklace in Kolkata to her "angel"

We texted Mrs. Goenka to know the price of the necklace but she remained unavailable to comment.

Well the question remains will Shaurya survive this heart break? What will be his next move? What will Dev do? But it seems that in the cat fight between the Goenka brothers someone has else has managed to woo Durga. Who is the perfect Shiv in Durga's life? Stay tuned with us for live updates...

Parliament approves temples inside Hospitals, no more running to the temples. TV heroines welcome the move

Gone are the days when Tulsi Virani or Parvati Agarwal had to run to the temples to save their hubby's lives. With a new move, the women folk has something to rejoice. Yes, a temple in the hospital campus.

" It was a much needed bill. We welcome it" said one of the ministers. The Tv industry has given a overwhelmed response to the new move. The new bill assures safety for women. Specially, during nearly death scene , one temple scene has been made mandatory.Besides, beat your head against 'mata's murti' will have some guidelines. Once again Kolkata Khobor brings you the spicy gossip around the city. Shaurya Goenka's style statement i.e none other than his random coloured pants..has disclosed its existence.

As the majority is aware of Shaurya Goenka having pitch black future and his mind being blocked by all dark thoughts..hence these pants are found to be the only consolation of adding some beautiful colours into his life.

When contacted his mother Sakshi Goenka, she only said,"Well, i have always taken it as a stupidity of Shaurya to walk around like a clown in those coloured pants."
