Diya Aur Baati Hum - Written Update 15th July 2014.
Suraj receives a phone call. A mechanic called Shankar asks him if he wants a bike? Suraj tells him that the party wants to speak to him and gives the phone to Zakir. Zakir puts on his fake accent and tells him he wants the bike. The mechanic asks him to come to the Ajmer highway in an hours time. He tells him to meet him to meet near the textile factory. He tells him his super fast bikes are ready. Zakir tells him he'd be there. Sandhya asks Zakir for details. Zakir tells her that the mechanic asked him to meet on Ajmer highway. Sandhya is worried as the Ajmer highway is far and a quite locality. Zakir assures her that he and Suraj will take care. He tells him that he thinks Vineet is a smart thief. He firsts tests the people and then does business with them. Zakir tells the Rathis that they have to pass his test. Sandhya agrees. Vikram tells Zakir that he would like to accompany them too. Zakir and Suraj both decline his offer. Bhabho is worried about Suraj and Zakir. She tells Suraj to take care. Suraj tells her not to worry as both her's and God's blessings are with them. They will be fine. Zakir tells Suraj it's time to leave. Vikram offers to help Zakir put up his disguise. Bhabho asks Suraj to take care. She tells Sandhya to help Suraj get ready.
Suraj is ready in disguise. Sandhya gives him some rings to wear. Sandhya puts the final touches to his outfit. She tells him that Zakir is a trained IPS officer. Suraj and Zakir reach he destination. Sandhya is on call with Zakir via Bluetooth. He tells him no one has arrived yet. Sandhya is worried that the thieves are doubtful about them. As it is raining Zakir and Suraj decide to take shelter under the shade. Suraj tells Zakir they must call the mechanic. Zakir agrees. Suraj calls but there is no answer. A police man arrives on a bike. He asks Suraj and Zakir who they are? He asks Zakir for his passport. Zakir asks him the way to Ajmer but the officer insists to see his passport first. Sandhya is worried that this will spoil the plan. He tells the officer he will show him the passport. He shows the officer a fake passport. The officer is satisfied. He shows them the way to Ajmer. Suraj asks Zakir why he lied to the officer as he is his boss? Zakir tells him that the officer was a fraud. Zakir tells him that the officer wore the wrong shoes. Suraj is shocked. Zakir tells Suraj that he thinks Vineet is somewhere nearby and that he is watching them. He tells him to continue the drama.
Vineet is seen inside a car watching them. The mechanic arrives. He tells them they have found a good place to protect themselves from the rain. Suraj asks him if the four bikes are ready? Zakir tells the mechanic that they can't wait. The mechanic tells them to have patience. He tells them he wants to show 'Mac' some Indian hospitality. Suraj agrees. He tells Zakir in India guests are considered to be a form of God. The mechanic asks Suraj from where is his party staying? Suraj doesn't know what to answer. Zakir tells him that he is staying in 'Jemini Hotel.' The mechanic tells then texts Vineet saying ' Vineet Bhai Jemini Hotel.' Suraj sees that and tells Zakir. The fraudulent police officer receives the text. He tells Vineet. Vineet asks him to check. The police officer calls up Jemini Hotel and checks which room Mac is staying in. The hotel staff confirms that Mac is staying in their hotel in room number 112. He then tells this information to Vineet. Vineet tells him he has a rule that when it comes to business he doesn't even trust his own father. He tells that now Suraj and Zakir must pass his acid test. He texts the mechanic the same. The mechanic asks Suraj why does Mac need four bikes? Suraj tells him is for a race and the remaining three friends will be arriving soon. The mechanic offers Suraj and Zakir some drugs.
Suraj smells the drugs. He returns it to the mechanic and asks him if he is not ashamed to offer a Marwadi fake drugs? Suraj tells him the drugs are contaminated. Zakir offers to give the mechanic real drugs. The mechanic texts Vineet that the party is genuine. Vineet agrees. He texts the mechanic and tells him to sell the bikes to Suraj and Zakir. The mechanic tells them that they will receive the bikes tomorrow. He tells them that they have to pay half the amount as advance now. Zakir agrees to pay. He pays the mechanic in dollars. The mechanic sees the sketch of the trishul in Suraj's hand.
Suraj tells him he is a great believer of Shiv. The mechanic asks him if it pained a lot? Suraj tells him he got it done in childhood with his grandfather. Now that his grandfather is dead this is just a memento. Zakir asks the mechanic where and when will he get the bikes? The mechanic tells him they will receive the bikes the following day in a garage in the highway. Suraj asks for the delivery today. The mechanic tells him it will take time. He offers to give the bike the next day at eleven in the morning. The mechanic leaves.
That night Suraj, Sandhya and Zakir are hiding behind the bushes in the temple. Sandhya tells them that they can't be sure that those people are members of Vineet's gang. The see some men behind the temple.
Precap: The trio watch as the men decide to take two bikes now. Suddenly Suraj's mobile rings. The men get alert and search to see who is there.
