These awards are a joke. (though seriously very deserving in some of the categories)

I agree you have a point but the fact is Zindagi Gulzar was the best drama in 2013 and number 4 in overall ranking of best shows in Pakistan so even though like u pointed out one wold feel that it could be rigged was not just like the year before again a Hum tv product Humsafar walked away with all the awards because it broke all TRP records.

It was held by the channel, only for their own programs, and the CEO of the channel got the award by the channel for best director and best serial. (no democracy 😆 , just self bragging and self pat on the back)

Something like if Dharma productions is having an award function for all its own movies and KJo gets the award for director and best movie.🤣 and his team bags the award for most of the rest 😆

Sultana sidduiqi dint deserve the award. somewhere I dint find the direction of ZGH upto the mark
