Many times newbies need to ask a question or need help - they open topics for that. That is perfectly acceptable.

Otherwise if they can't open topics, how will they ask for help? Most of them don't know about PM or where videos or posted etc in the beginning.

This is what we are saying... if they are allowed to post topics then moderators can review the topics before they r posted in the forums... becoz if u have nt noticed some newbies deliberately ask for videos again and again... atleast this problem will be tackled
