New account creating problem

haiya,my friend is facing a problem now-a-days,he said when i make an new account the site always asnwered that u didnt enterned the code properly,make sure u have cookies enabled.he also enalbed his cookies,but the same problem..will u pls tell me its solution..Thank u

tell your friend to try to refresh the page and remember when you type in the code you have to use the same letter case
if ur friend is still facing problems then PM a mod
