Veera could never accept Baldev as she always felt that he was irresponsible and useless.Baldev was angry with Veera as she pretended to be in love with him to make him get fed up of her and decide not to marry her.Veera was angry with Baldev was he cheated on her brother Ranvi to become Sarpanch.But he lost  the election.But inorder to prove that he is not a loser he started a small restaurant on his own and became a successful hotel owner in Pritamputra.He started avoiding Veera.Thus Veera started missing his presence and became restless.At the same time her anger for Baldev melted because of the mature changes in him.Though Baldev still had feelings forVeera he hid it well and never smiled at her.

Rashi was a girl who got attracted towards Baldev in the mean time.Baldev was aware of it and he always tried to get away from her whenever she tried to get closer to him.

Rashi wore a glittering salwar kameez,long jumkhas and came to Baldev.
She called him in a seductive way:Ballooo
Veera who passed by got irritated hearing her tone.
Baldev who noticed Veera's irritation decided to add fuel to the fire.
He smiled at Rashi:Yes Rashuuu...
Rashi was very happy with the way Baldev called her for the first time.
R:Ballu...howdo I look now?
B:You look so pretty Rashuuu

V:I know you meant me.But wait and watch me tomorrow at the Diwali celebration.I will prove that I can look good in Indian attire too.

Veera walked away angrily.Baldev smiled.

The next day...
All were celebrating Diwali in full swing with fire crackers and oil lamps with music and dane on background.

Suddenly Baldev noticed a girl in a traditional Indian attire...he saw only her back.Her dangling earrings...her long plat.

He followed her.Knowing that Baldev was following her she tried to walk around the wall without giving him a chance to show her face to him.But while playing hide and seek they bumped into each other.
Baldev couldn't believe his eyes.It was Veera.She looked gorgeous.

He smiled.Veera put her hair plat backward with full force gazing at him.Then she turned and walked away.
Then she looked back.He was staring at her.She blinked her eyes.With a naughty smile he winked his eye at her.She smiled sweetly and walked off.

Veera started dancing with other girls.Baldev walked by her side without taking his eyes off her.Seeing him she stopped dancing and kept looking at him.A sweet eye lock.

Baldev broke the eye lock and held her hand dancing with her.She was stunned.

Her heart beat fast and ran away.He ran after her and held her hand.

Her hand shivered feeling his hold on her.

She looked at him slowly.He was looking at her passionately.

Baldev looked at her eyes passionately:You are right Veera.You look gorgeous in Traditional Indian attire also.

She blushed.
B:To be frank I knew that you could carry of Indian clothes also.
V:What?Then why did you say so?
B:Because I was fed up of seeing you in western clothes.I longed to see you in Indian attire.If I tell you to wear Indian attire you won't listen to me as you are angry with me.So I challenged you indirectly.
V:Baldev...
She punched his shoulders softly with a giggle.He was also giggling.


Suddenly he held her hand passionately.She became shy.

He caressed her hand romantically.She closed her eyes drowning in his romantic gestures.
He smiled seeing passion in her face.

Slowly she opened her eyes.
V:Baldev...now onwards you don't need to challenge me indirectly to make me fulfill your wish.Tell anything.I will do anything for you.
Baldev was surprised:Veera!
She smiled.

Slowly she brushed his cheek with her's.He was lost in her.

B:Veera...the truth is that I never hated you even when I was angry with you.I was just trying to cover up my love with my anger.But I can't do that anymore.I love you Veera.
Veera became emotional.She was guilty for playing with his feelings.
V:I am sorry Baldev.I never wanted to hurt your heart.It just happened.Please forgive me.

Suddenly he kept his finger on her lips.They stared at each other's eyes.

 He slowly removed his finger from her lips.

He leaned towards her cheek.She became nervous and closed her eyes.

He kept his hand on the wall and stared at her smiling.Slowly she opened her eyes.She became shy seeing him smile rolling his eyes on her.

B:What were you expecting me to do Veera?
She blushed:I...nothing Baldev.
B:Though you won't tell me openly I know what you expected Veera.I will fulfill your wish.
He held her hand.She became more nervous and pleaded.
V:Baldev...please leave my hand.Let me go.

He had a naughty smile on her face.
B:How can I leave you without fulfilling your wish Veera?

Again he leaned towards her cheek.She became nervous
and held her kameez tightly.

He brushed her cheek with his.She was relieved.

She blushed.Baldev smiled seeing her blush.
