I just want the faster action to be taken and justice is given as early as possible..And the case is not dragged forever like it happens here in India..Justice jab tak milti hai..Log bhul jate hain ki akhir hua kya tha..
And once the convict is proven gulity there should be no provision for appealing to higher courts for rapists and murderers..
And Yes..it DISGUSTS me to read that women are being doubted that they frame being Raped..Why accuse Mulayam Singh Yadav and Abu Azmi then for making such outrageous statements?..

I don't know. When it comes to these aspiring actors and actresses, I hardly believe their accusations. People do all kinds of things to come in the news. I don't believe in automatically crucifying the guy just because I'm a woman. There are lots of women that cry rape which is sickening because it takes away the spotlight from the real victims. I don't know if this girl was raped or not. If she is, she deserves justice. If not, then I feel bad for this actor, he is a has been anyway. This will just end it for him if he is innocent.

agreed but tbh these aspiring actresses/accusers actually ruin their career prospects when they file a complaint against actors/producers! This 'spotlight' they receive doesn't help their career in fact it hinders it because they will always be known as 'the one who apparently got raped by ____ or the one who lied about being rape'.. I mean when have you ever heard of an person who cried raped who is a aspiring actor then being able to make it in Bollywood?

that's why when I hear these rumors I generally am more likely to believe the 'victim' than the one who is accused! The truth is casting couch does exist and there are a lot of creepy people out in Bollywood whom prey on wannabe actors/actresses!

Undoubtedly. But it isn't necessary that every rape accusation be true. I'll stick to innocent until proven guilty here until all the facts come out.

Right and that's why I said generally!
The truth is no one will ever know what happened and tbh I don't think court proceedings should be made public in high profile cases it will always cause speculation and IMO effect the jury's verdict!
