I wish I could take out some time to read Amarbail once again, so that I could just go through its excerpts and post them here. Amarbail is one of those few books that is on a whole new level.. it's words and plot is just so realistic and deep. It's just up there in contemporary Urdu literature.

I loved this whole scene!

whaat does this even mean? 😆 He'd hit her if their relationship was special? whaat?

Basically, she was badmouthing him and his grandad who oves her a lot and Wali is really possessive about him. And she wouldnt stop. So he was like I feel like slapping you for saying all this but I can't because I don't give you that much value. It was a very pwoerful scene.

I sorta gave up on DeD too but you had to post it to make me wanna watch it now :P
