It's written by Umera Ahmed. Some of its dialogues are mentioned above thtz why It reminded me of the novel..

where is this from?

I issued thora sa aasman from my university library. There was a dialogue in which an ameer larki proposed to a ghareeb larka.. and he says that "mein do kamron k makaan mein rehta hu kya tum mere saath reh sako gi" to which the girl replies "mein tumharay saath jahanum mein bhi khush reh lu gi". Someone (probably the person who had issued it before me) had underlined this line and written above it "kufriya kalmaat". And I was wondering are these really kufriya kalmaat?
