Awesome topic, Star! The dialogues are my favorite part of Pakistani shows (and you know, by that I mean - Umera Ahmed's shows. πŸ˜†). I can't read Urdu, so just hearing such poetic Urdu being spoken is heartwarming.
Some of my favorites that I can think of from the top of my head:

Bano to Hasan in Dastaan:
Mainey aaj tak waqai aisi koi dua nahi maangi. Shayad isliye kyon ki mai hamesha aapko apna samajhti hoon. Jo cheez meri hai jo mujhey mil chuki hai, ussey khuda se kyon maangoon? Mujhey kabhi aisa nahi laga ke hum do alag wajood hai, mujhey hamesha lagaa ke mai azal se aapki hoon. Phir dua mein aapko kyon maangoon?

Okay, this one I looked up. πŸ˜† It's a total cheesefest but pretty much sums up Hasan and Bano for me!

Saba and Arfeen in Meri Zaat Zarra-e-Benishan:

Arfeen: Koi ek shaqs toh hoga jo jaanta hoga ke tum begunah ho.
Saba: Allah jaanta hai.
Arfeen: Allah se kaisey poonchoon, mai koi pagumbar nahi hoon.
Saba: Allah dilon mein rehta hai, aap apney dil se poonchey.

--

Saba: Main tahajjud-guzar nahi hoon. Paanch waqt ki namaz bhi nahi padti. Na koi mujhey naik kehta hai na hi duain karwata hai, likin mainey yeh gunah nahi kiya.

--
Arfeen: Aur Saba agar tum jhooti saabit hui toh har rishtey se aitbaar uth jaayega mera ... yahan tak ke Allah se bhi.

These are all different chunks from the same scene, but I think this is hands down one of the most powerful scenes on Pakistani television. Faisal Qureshi is brilliant in this entire scene!

I can't remember it exactly but Adnan says to this Rukhsar in the last episode of Kankar. This one truly hits home for me:

Khooni rishton ki yeh hi majboori hoti ke unhey ek dusrey ko maaf karna padta hai.

Truer words have never been spoken. This scene was heart-wrenching in Kankar! I know Kankar had a lot of other great dialogues as well, but I see some of them have been mentioned already. I can't seem to remember the rest.

I absolutely love Daam's dialogues...perhaps my most favorite dialogue between Zara and Maliha.

Zara (to Maliha):
Saat saal tumhare kapre, tumhari cheezain, tumhare jootay maine aur meri behnon ne isthimaal kiye thay. Main tumhari baat kese taal sakti thi? Aur tum janti ke jo tum college main mujhe khana khilati thi na, woh pooray din ka pehla aur shayed akhri khana hota tha mere liye.
Tum mere liye farishta thi, farishta..tumhein insaan nahi bana chahiye tha.

Ahhh. Loved this one as well!

What are you editing out? Shouldn't we be hearing some original writing from you? And GO.

Tum mujhe sangemarmar samajhte ho, samajhte raho. Main tumhare samne reit ki deewar nahi ban sakti. Mujhe tootne se khauf aata hai.

What does that mean?

Thanks! Have I asked you that before or am I experiencing deja vu? πŸ˜†

And that is a good dialogue!
