Anita di!MOTW is done by the viewbie/Moderator/Coolbie.But if there r nt any active DTs,so forumees choose volunteer and I am chosen as volunteer of MOTW.And I too have taken permission from our Moderator-Ishan. And after this one,I will decide MOTW in TMKOC Forum.But our overall incharge is Ishan bhai...So its all up to him whether he can change/cancel/do whatever he wants.

And the criteria is:

1. Ability to remain impartial, open, and appear unbiased
2. Interaction with members with various temperaments
3. Ability to articulate thoughts to get their point across i.e language should appear non confrontational and unbiased.

4.Members who are civil, composed ,polite, obey the rules, open and tolerant of alternative ideas.

2.What do u think about me? You 'r friendly ...been nice interacting with you ..

3.Don't u watch serials?If yes,which ones and if no,why? Not many I hardly get time to watch ...and saas bahu serials doesnt attract me 😛
