Lawyer will suggest marriage

I think lawyer will witness ishita -Ruhi bonding and advise Raman to go marry ishita as there is a chance court will ask Ruhi who she prefers and Ruhi might say ishita and they get the custody and then Raman might ask ishita to marry him as a compromise so that she gets Ruhi and his family custody

May be he will be the one who will suggest raman if Ishita is by his side the custody of ruhi will be in his favour as Ruhi likes ishita a lot...
