It was technically wrong becuase at end of the day karan was unarmed when he was killed he was in no position to defend himself.If it wasnt technically wrong Arjun would have done it himself without krishan ji coaxing him but he didnt even Arjun's first reaction was that he cant kill an unarmed man he said that karan is helpless right now and he wont kill a helpess man and that is when Krishan ji reminded him that even Draupadi was helpless when karan insulted her in the court and that is what encouraged Arjun to kill him</div>
<div>I am saying it was technically wrong which means purely going by rules of the war.But emotionally and morally it wasnt wrong.Morally it wasnt wrong becuase it was done in order to make dharam win any anyhting done in order to make dharam win is right.Emotionally it was right since karan had participated in Abhimanyu's unfair killing hence this is emotionally justified as justice.So technically it was wrong but not morally or emotionally
