There are two things i am observing in JA show
1) They are making good mughal characters as villans and bad to promote mail leads(read female lead Jodha)
Ex: Take case of ruqaiah never have we heard that she was bad or only loved jalal because he was emperor or rich. We also have not read of any saazish of hers against jodha because akbar loved her more anyways. And if she was so jealous and bad like nur jahan she would never allow akbar to marry again and again so many times.
From both akbarnama and jehangirnama we know Akbar loved her most among all his wives and made her mailka-e-aliya after his mom's death (and she remained so till she died even jehangir refused to make nur jahan his malika-e-aliya removing his mother Ruqaiah from that post. If jehangir who was highly smitten with nur jahan dare not remove ruqaiah from her position of malika-e-aliya we can see how great her influence was and how much akbar and jehangir both respected and loved her as wife and mother)
Second when jehangir rebelled against his father in 1599 till 1603 it was Ruqaiah and Salima who brokered peace. And both Akbar and Jehangir listened to them both and made peace with each other.
Thirdly Ruqaiah loved Jehangir like owen son if she hated jodha would she treat him nicely no ways.
Now jalal is also shown misbehaving with her again and again first with those jalne ki bu aarahi hai dialogues repeated again when its his fault not to inform her and go to jodha when he already informed her he is coming to her. Secondly he humiliated her by first saying her gift is best and change later saying jodha giftis best. A gift is a gift whether a rose or a diamond and has same value. Jalal is making fool of ruqaiah saying you are my best friend and will remain so all life, Just saying all that does not make one best friend and good husband.
Take case of salima she has mother-father, a step son rahim to miss jalal presence in her life.
But Ruqaiah her family starts and ends with jalal she has no parents and siblings or children hence she is possessive of jalal. jalal does not seem to understand that aspect.
Jodha questioning her love for jalal is als insult to ruqaiah, she lost her father and only family member hindal mirza to make jalal an king not even emperor otherwise he was a vagabond without kingdom or country and an hostage. Jalla seems to be forgetting that currently. It is ruqus greatness she does not question his kingship and does not demand gratitude from him.
2) Hamida Banu
Hamida is shown going and questioning her bahu whose child is in your womb??????
If in reality this would have happened there would have been war she cannot question honour of a woman
3) Bakshi Bano
Bakshi was her brothers biggest support and they had strong bonds. She always sided with akbar in his wars with sharifuddin and also finally told him to take action against sharifuddin after 3 revolts
But her her charcter has been butchered badly like some vamp nanad of saa-bahu serials
4) Jalal
Yes Jalal's character itself is butchered first in MC track next in pregnancy track now in birthday track just to show jodha begum mahaan
So entire akbar's close family characters have been shown villans just to make jodha begum great like in typical saas-bahu sops. Is that fine?
90% of peple watching this show will think this serial is reality and not read books, internet to know truth.
2) In serial they are changing the real incidents to show different places.
Take hawai incident happened in agra fort shown in amer
Pratap and Akbar never met but shown meeting in wedding at amer
Akbar never attended his sis-in-law wedding at amer etc
Akbar killed a tiger but before he married jodha
Adham khan is alive even after a year of jodha-akbar wedding
OK atleast they are showing incidents but adding jodha angle to them but butchering charcaters to promote leads?
