Man Singh curse

It is said in ballads commonly sung by JOGI's that Jaimal-Patta had cursed Raja mansingh of Amer(Jaipur) who was the key strategist on Akbar's side(he conceived the plan to make MOHAR TEKRI-made by paying anyone who could put one basket of sand on that place to make a high point where finally the artillery gun which could reach the fort was installed).The curse was that just like he had destroyed their family-his kingdom will have no males to become a king.Still all kings in jaipur are ADOPTED ones as whoever sits on jaipur throne will not have any male child.

There is a similar story of wodeyar family curse they do not have heirs and all are adopted like Raja Man Singh family

But people may have made up stories of curse too not sure because the legal heirs are not born

In case of Mysore the heir is born every alternate generation

well if this is true,then right now also the raja of amer/jaipur is adopted ?

man singh didnt get a male child only daughters

I have heard that the many were adopted.. but not sure if that was because of a curse
