Good indian mythological books

Ok can any one suggest me good books based on India mythology.I have read the following books alredy
1)Jaya
2)The palace of illusions
3)Shiva triology by AMish
other than these can any suggest me any good books based on India mythology.I want to read up somehting on India mythology again.

i assume ACK means amar chitra katha yes thos also i have read along with panchtantra when i was a kid😊
I mean like grown uo mythologicla books like i have stated above are ther any other famouns indian mythological books like above or not?Becuase i dont know myself

Actually, the Mahabharata Archives Mansion has this post, which gives you some online sources on where to look. You can read the Mahabharata from the link there, as well as Shrimad Bhagvatam. I used to read the ACKs when I was a kid, and after growing up, once I discovered the online originals, I'd compare the ACKs against that. The ACKs are remarkably accurate, in sharp contrast to movies & TV serials. 🤔

I can suggest one excellent book
Mritunjaya by Shivaji Sawant
Old book, but good read. It is written from Karna's viewpoint.

There is an amazing book Randamoozham by MT Vasudevan Nair :It is Mahabharata from Bhishma's perspective . You can try an English translation

ABSOLUTE TREAT TO READ IT!!n d best part,its not fiction...Shivaji Sawant has done a great deal of research...great man...great book!!

even Yugandhar by him is a must read!!

Please do not refer to these books as Mythology.

They are not Myths to people who believe these stories. Myths suggest you are calling them made up stories. 😊

Sabhayata, it's alright. I think people are just used to calling these mythologies! Even I used to say so years ago, but I think if we call it mythology then it is just saying it is all pretend.

I am going to read The Palace of Illusions.
