Praneet Bhatt will celebrate his birthday' with a party with the entire unit of Star Plus' Mahabharat
Praneet Bhatt waits with bated breath to see himself onscreen tonight (26 September 2013) in the magnum-opusMahabharat on Star Plus. As we know, the talented guy who was earlier seen in Geet Hui Sabse Parayi andSuvreen Guggal - Topper of the Year essays the important character of Shakuni in the mythological saga produced by Swastik Productions.
The guy who is excited to see his introductory scene tonight, has another reason to celebrate!! Well, this day also happens to be Praneet's birthday. Aww, exciting, isn't it?
So what are Praneet's plans for the D-day? "Well, I have butterflies all over my tummy as Shakuni will be introduced in tonight's episode of Mahabharat. I have been waiting for this day for over a year now. I have put in my best and hope that I do justice to this iconic character. I am anxiously waiting for viewers' feedback too."
"The plan is to shoot till evening. Post our pack-up, we (the entire unit) will watch tonight's episode on set, and then go on to celebrate with an awesome party at night (smiles). We are presently shooting at Umargaon, but that does not stop us from partying hard. The entire unit of more than 200 people will join in to celebrate and party tonight, as we have not had a get-together post the launch of our show. So my birthday gives all of them a reason to party. The entire set is already in a jolly mood today," avers Praneet.
Praneet whose introductory sequence will showcase the level of love that Shakuni as a brother has for his sister Gandhari states, "Shakuni is a very important character in the whole of Mahabharat because he was the one who gave a reason for Krishna (follower of Dharma) to call for a war by choosing the path of Adharma."
