FAAKHIR is the only Pakistani pop singer who never worked for the Indian Industry and still managed to win two Prestigious Sahara Sangeet Awards in India. He got one award for the category of BEST SINGER INDI-POP and another one for BEST POP SONG-MAHI VE.
