Madhu speaks abt her favorite fim being Adha Sach after Mr. India . She speaks abt the fim n Mr. Mehul being a ticket collector . Mehul speaks about being blatantly honest to see across ugly pple is commendable yet it gives a certain rage & despicable feeling to him . So now only 71/2 minutes is left of her time . Madhu tells him that Mr. Mehul left this industry few yrs back & RK too is banned by this film industry ; she strongly believes shd they come together they can make a successful venture . Mr. Mehul concludes that so as per her only he can make the drowning ship of RK afloat ; he therefore asks so is this belief Madhu's or RK's ? Madhu fumbles n Mehul tells so this is just Madhu's belief not RK . He dun want him coz he was a director of yesteryear . Madhu tries to explain but Mehul on the contrary tells Madhu the truth that neither he was banned by the film industry nor that he was rejected but he left this industry on his own accord w/o any pressure .
He left this industry coz of the entire commercialization of the art of film making . Where instead of stories a value of 100 Crores was set in studio much like any shop ; a trend of dumb super stars ensued . He takes a trophy won by him & throws it down saying he never made films for these . Its an art , a dream that is born in heart , blood n makes u crazy . But then Mehul says Y is he even speaking abt this coz knowing him n understanding n liking his works r 2 different things . Either ways disliking his work is a far off thought ; he wonders if at all Madhu understood his work . Forget his work how far she actually knows this industry ? he concludes saying that he has quit this industry n it'll b better off if Madhu too quits her idea n goes from here .
Madhu comes to Mehul n says that yes she might not know much info abt the film industry but that does not mean she does not understand it . Mr. Mehul neither have known nor understood her . This film industry is the place where she was born , the spot light was what that illuminated her 1st breath , she was christened after a legend Madhubala ,the food that came to her home also was coz of her family involved in films ; so much so that she even landed up marrying an actor . The air in which she breathes has the essence of cinema everywhere .
Madhu further tells Mr. Mehul that its true a lot has changed over the yrs . But what he did abt this damage ? seeing the dirt getting in ; its easy to wrap the nose with a hanky n walk away ; if he truly loved cinema Y did he not take a cleaner n cleansed that dirt getting in . When he said he was on top to stay away from her ; it was not from Madhu but from himself . When he left the film industry after the flop film that was an act of cowardice . He dun like her husband's films yet he is fighting n Madhu is with him in this fight . Madhu never came to a seller but she thougt she came to a director to direct a film ; but guess she made the wrong choice . Madhu tells that Mehul is not a maker but a loser n yes the spot light was under which she was born & the cutter used for light n shadow block was her mum's labor room . She thanks Mehul for the 10 minutes , puts on the music n leaves .
Madhu rushes out , Bittujee tries to stop her . On her way out RK reaches her . RK looks at Madhu sad n says if Mehul had behaved rudely with her . She hugs RK n asks her to take back home coz coming here was a mistake .
At home Kukkujee suggests Radhajee to stop RK fro doing crayy things like Madhu n him approaching Mehul . Radhajee requests Kukkujee to not speak ill abt RK ; more so after banning him from the industry yet having the food earned by RK . Radhajee leaves n Sikky comes saying that its in their blood to b ruled by spouses .
Meanwhile Madhu n RK arrives , Kukkujee taunts didn't that national award winning director come with them or even he rejected RK ? RK tells Madhu to go up n says that the pple living here shd just open their mouth for having food . If any other thing comes out then many other things will go in that mouth as well .
RK goes to Madhu who's upset . He tells Madhu to relax n puts up a music ironically the same score Mehul was hearing . RK embraces Madhu n does a slow dance . Madhu asks Y cannot she help RK in this crises . RK tells that he'll take care of everything n Madhu shdn't worry .
Meanwhile Bittujee comes in saying Mr. Mehul has come . Madhu leaves immediately ; downstairs at living room Mehul sees Madhu n says that whatever she said was good , was it scripted or she herself said it . RK comes down n intervenes saying today morning he made Madhu cry n now behaving rudely with her . He shd give a good reason so that RK wudn't throw him out from his Mansion . Just coz he made few good films that dun certify him to b rude with pple . Mehul speaks with Madhu that for this man she came to him for help . Madhu asks both the men to have a seat n talk this over . Mehul agrees to do the film but RK has to tone down his arrogance .
