Arjun moved infornt of the room furiously. He was cursing under his breath. All he wanted to do was kill that stupid doctor. The screams were making him nervous.
"I cant take this anymore." said Arjun punching the wall. "The screams are unbearable."
"Everything will be fine." said Rathore. He was patting his best friends back.
"The doctor is supposed to take the pain away." groaned Arjun.
"Dard toh hota hai Arjun." said Rathore, "Ayesha se pooch lo. Jab Shruti ki bari thi. Kitna dard hua tha."
Ayesha just looked at them with a expressionless face. Shruti was in her lap. Ayesha shrugged remmebering the memory.
"That's it. I cant hold it." said Arjun and rushed inside the room. He has to be there.
"Arjun! Dammit." said Rathore. He just went upto Ayesha and sat with her.
"Acha hua gaya ander," said Ayesha, "Riya needs him. He will be her strength"
Rathore just nodded in response.
Arjun rushed inside only to be stopped by an intern.
"Ap ander nahi a sakte." said the intern blocking his way. "Ap-"
Before he could finish his sentence Arjun hit him and he fainted. Arjun rushed towards Riya. Riya was exhausted. She was breathing hard.
"Everything will be alright." said Arjun caressing her hand. "Main hoon na." Riya just nodded in
response.
"Dekho Raj ko kuch nahi ho ga. Doctor us ka dant nikal lein ge." said Arjun building her strength. "Agar kuch hua toh doctor ko mein itna marun ga ke woh apna naam bhul jaye ga."
"But uski cheekhein nahi sun sakti." she cried and hid her face in his chest. Arjun hugged her looked at their son who was screaming and doctor was continuously sticking weird tools in his mouth.
After what felt like centuries to them. The operation came to an end.
"Mom! Dad!" screamed Raj and ran towards them. He hugged them tightly. "You said it wont hurt!"
"Sorry baby." said Arjun picking him up and kissing his cheeks. "I didn't know."
"I will not talk to you." said Raj and folded his arms. "Put me down!"
Riya laughed at this attitude. Yep, he was his father's son.
"We will make it up you, beta." said Riya, "Ummm, new toy car?"
And that brought a smile on his face. All of them exited the room.
"Hogaya? Kaha tha kuch nahi hoga. Chalo ab." said Rathore as they walked out of the dental clinic and went towards a restaurant.

Intern: Aah. Itne zor se mara ke kya batun.
Doctor: aisa case kabhi pehle nahi dekha.
