This is so stupid she doesnt look any different to me at all, People should look at the obvious celebs who look like plastic and if you compare thr before and after pic even a blind person could tell the difference. If Kareena really had something done to her jaws she wouldnt constantly be pouting or sucking in her cheeks before taking pictures. And with the amount of weight shes lost her facial features (nose,cheeks) are bound to change ask anyone whose lost drastic weight.

When you start losing or gaining weight, it first shows up on your face. I was a chubby kid. But my face started sharpening up as I grew older and lost the baby fat. It happens to a lot of people. Although I am sure Kareena's gotten something done as do all these celebs but it's harder to believe in Kareena's case because of her massive ego and refusal to even tame her unfortunate looking eyebrows.😆
