From what I have gathered about the menu this is what I think we have got so far (finalised)

Drinks:

Lassi- Mango

Falooda (??- We r cancelling this aren't we) yes this seems more like dessert

Jaljeera (interesting)

Starters:

Pakoda

Samosa (Vegetable and Aloo)

Tandoori Chicken

A mutton/fish item as well.. should we have a salad and papad as well????

Main Course:

Makki de Roti and Sarsoon ka Saag (mouth-watering)

Rajma Chawal

Palak Paneer

Mutar Paneer

Kahri Chawal

I think we should make all these dishes into one big thali..make it more Punjabi

We can have a thalli of 4 veg dishes and 2nog veg dishes (which we must decide) along with 5 tandoori roti;s and basmanti rice.

Makke ki roti/plain phulkas and parathas...

curries : shahi paneer ,butter chicken,mutton rogan josh...alu gobhi,sarson ka saag

rajma,kadi and dal makhani

DESSERTS: (now were talking)

Ok I don't know about you but for me Laddo is must

Sugi and Gajar ka Halwa

JALEBI!!!! (I'm not even joking, if this is not in the menu I will legit cry)

Kheer

Ghulab Jamun

Pista Kulfi Falooda (yummm)

let s have 5 desserts laddo but which ones??? gajar ka halwa, jalebi (rabdi), falooda and now deide between kheer and gulab jamun though i m leaning towards gjabs

OK SO THIS (I think) IS THE FINAL MENU!!!

I'm working on making signs for serving. Like a 'Drinks' sign and then a 'Main Course' sign.

Can somebody PM me their email account because I CANNOT post stuff on IF.

PLEASE REPLY ME WITH ANY MORE ADDITIONS/CANCELLATIONS! Then we will alocate who can get the pics. I can get pics for the Starters and Drinks but as I said I am going to have to email them to someone...my technical skills for IF are crap.

Change the mutton curry to mutton rogan josh ... and the palak panner to shahi panner as palak corn is on the menu as well.. and the matar can be alu gobhi a dry vegetable as two panner dishes on the menu ...

seekh kabab...

You do the non veg then i read the rogan josh on some site ok you can do the non veg then . . .
