From what I have gathered about the menu this is what I think we have got so far (finalised)
Drinks:
Lassi- Mango
Falooda (??- We r cancelling this aren't we)
Jaljeera (interesting)
Starters:
Pakoda
Samosa (Vegetable and Aloo)
Tandoori Chicken
Amritsar Fish
Tandoori Prawns
Lamb Chops (is this not 'Punjabi' enough?? sorry this is more Aussie isn' it?)
Main Course:
VEGETARIAN THALI
Makki de Roti and Sarsoon ka Saag (mouth-watering)
Rajma Chawal
Palak Paneer
Mutar Paneer
Kahri Chawal
NON-VEGETARIAN THALI
Chicken Tikka
Punjabi Fish Curry
Punjabi Mutton Curry
And 2veg curries of your choice
*Thali's come with four tandoori roti's and basmati rice on the side along with a salad (just to sound healthy)
DESSERTS: (now were talking)
Ok I don't know about you but for me Laddo is must
Sugi and Gajar ka Halwa
JALEBI!!!! (I'm not even joking, if this is not in the menu I will legit cry)
Kheer
Ghulab Jamun
Pista Kulfi Falooda (yummm)
OK SO THIS (I think) IS THE FINAL MENU!!!
I'm working on making signs for serving. Like a 'Drinks' sign and then a 'Main Course' sign.
Can somebody PM me their email account because I CANNOT post stuff on IF.
PLEASE REPLY ME WITH ANY MORE ADDITIONS/CANCELLATIONS! Then we will alocate who can get the pics. I can get pics for the Starters and Drinks but as I said I am going to have to email them to someone...my technical skills for IF are crap.
