Sandhya was going about her usual chores. She was trying to be normal. But after seeing the video and understanding Bhabo's intentions she was far from being normal. She wanted to speak, she wanted to cry but she knew she could not do anything. Already Sooraj was observing her keenly. She knew he was having his suspicions. Sandhya was finding it difficult to stand in front of him and look at him directly. She had never before lied to him. But this was different. She knew Sooraj will not be able to take it. He will not be able to digest the fact that his mother had fed chocolates to prevent his wife from taking exams. Maybe tomorrow if she continue with her dreams something more drastic can happen. It will shatter him and his faith in his mother. She knew that she couldn't see Sooraj like that. Hence she had kept her emotions pent up. She was assuming that as time goes by she will be able to be more calm, then she will also be able to convince her Soorajji properly and as they move forward in life as husband and wife he will also forget about her dream and all. But it was not becoming easy as she has imagined. And with each passing day she felt that her burden was increasing, she was finding it more and more difficult and each time Sooraj looked at her it felt as though a sword has pierced her heart.
Sooraj was in his shop. Though his characteristic smile never left him, his eyes were speaking a different story. His mind was trying to put together the jigsaw puzzle about his wife's behavior. He knew in his heart she was hiding something from him. But he was not able to pin point the reason. They had shared everything and had not hidden anything from each other. He had never been angry with her ever for speaking the truth however bitter it was. He had always supported her when the whole family was against her. Then what is that she is trying to hide from him. Then he remembered he had to go to give orders. He thought he will ask Sandhya along and they will go to Gandhi park and he will make her speak. Maybe she will open up when they are away from the house.
When he went home with that intention he saw Sandhya in the balcony taking out the clothes. He called her " Sandhyaji mujhe order dene jaana hai, aap saath chaliye"
Sandhya understood why he was calling her and she told " Soorajji mujhe sir mein bahut dard hain, isliye aaj nahi aa pavungi, aap chotu ko leke jayiye"
Sooraj looked at her. She seemed tired. So he decided to call Chotu and go. As soon as Sooraj left the room Sandhya closed the door. She knew it will take another 1-2 hrs for him to return.
She moved towards her parents photo , looked at it and started crying.
Meanwhile as Sooraj reached his scooter he suddenly remembered that he has not taken his cell phone.
He reached their room, saw that it is closed, he was little worried and he opened the door gently. He saw Sandhya in front of her parents photo crying. He thought of calling her, then he stopped himself and decided to just stand there.
Meanwhile Sandhya was not aware of Sooraj's presence in the room and she started to speak.
