Yeah I am thinking the same thing. Something seems to be off with her character, but it makes sense since the show is about the custom of Vani. I really hope though that the other girl is not the main lead, but from the promos it's obvious he gets married to her. I was interested in watching a love story about an older woman partnered with a younger man.
