Luna if you want to increase your immunity I recommend that you eat foods containing vitamin C, E and Omega 3. Eat oranges for the vitamin C, nuts, spinach and vegetable oils contain vitamin E and just take flax oil supplements for the Omega 3. OR you may just take multivitamins although it is healthier to take these in the natural way. 😊
