It was going to be Shagun ceremony next day. Sandhya was busy decorating the house for same. Chaturi and for once Chavi was also involved in helping her. Bhabo as usual was running around giving one instruction after instruction. Meena as usual was sitting idle, this time on the bahana of taking care of Kanha.
Suddenly Chotu came. He was almost crying. He looked at Sandhya " Babisa kabse aapka intezaar kar raha hoon. kal mera exam hai, wo bhi angrezzi. aap nahi padayengi tho mein kaise padunga"
Sandhya looked at him. He was standing there with his innocent face downcast. Sandhya actually wanted to laugh. Because this time she was sure it was one of Sooraj's bahana's and he was using Chotu for the same. But she looked very concerned and looked at Bhabo.
" Chal beendini, chotu ko pada de, baccha hai, iska khyaal tho hamein rakhna hi hai"
So she went with Chotu to Sooraj's dukaan. Sooraj was busy with customers , so they just went inside.
Chotu took his English books and placed in front of her. Sandhya was like " tumein sach mein kal english exam hai"
Chotu was like " Haan Babisa, isiliye aapko bulaya"
Sandhya was a bit disappointed. But anyways she decided to teach Chotu " Acha Chotu chal mein tumhein padathi hoon"
Just as she started to teach him , somebody placed her book in front of her. Starled she looked up. Sooraj was standing there giving a big badmashi smile and in front of her Chotu was laughing and now Sandhya too joined their laugh.
Then Chotu said " Babisaa aap padiye, mein ek kitab kholke aapke samne baita rahunga. Lekin aapko ek vada karna padenga. Jab aap awwal aayengi naa woh photo walle aayenge naa aapki photo lene tho aapko mere saath mein ek photo lena padenga, aur aapko kahna hoga ki aapki jeet ke peeche Chotu ka bhi haath hain"
Both Sooraj and Sandhya smiled at his innocent request and agreed to it. As some customer called Sooraj went to service him and Sandhya immersed herself in the studies with Chotu in front of her.
PS: After SURYA scene yesterday I am happy and hence one OS SURYA ke naam. Hope you all like it
