Here is a brief update of Nov 2:
Scene opens with Neha and her mother. Neha is feeling sad that she
cannot be like Simran the great and her mother is giving her usual
pep talk. Abhi is standing outside and Radha notices him. She goes
out and they have a brief conversation in which Abhi promises her
that he will take good care (????) of Neha. He goes to Neha and
tells her that Neha is his today and tomorrow. He tells her that he
is sorry for all that he has done in his last few years and does not
want to repeat those mistakes and wants to get on in life with her.
(Actually Abhi looks decent and geniune in this scene)
Poonam and Neha are having a conversation in which Neha is getting
extremely insecure about Simran and says that she can never be like
Simran. Poonam cheers her up by usual chit chat.
In the prison Urmila is able to take signatures of several of the
female inmates.
Abhi meets Simran and asks her how he should take care of Neha !!!
She tells him to buy all the kids stuff such as posters, calendars,
stuffed toys etc. He buys a few of these and goes to meet her. She
is very happy. He then tells her that he is working on a new project
with Simran (who else) regarding the condition of pregnant women in
slums. Neha says that she also wants to work. Abhi jokingly tells
her that if Simran comes to know of this she will be angry since
Neha should take care of health etc. He then mentions Simran a few
more times in the conversation and all this while Neha is getting
insecure though she controls it. Finally Abhi makes her laugh by
telling her that after the baby arrives, she can work and he will
sit at home (which I think he is doing in any case since they never
show him going to the studio)
Poonam meets Simran and asks her if she can work in Astha nursing
home as Simran's assistant while her training is going on. As
expected Simran tells her that she is most welcome. She even tells
her that after finishing the training she can join the nursing
home ! (Boy, it seems so easy to get jobs in Astha. No interview, no
H-1B ! If you ever happen to get laid off from your job you know
where to go)
Finally the expected happens to Neha. She is alone in the house and
develops severe cramps. She is writhing in pain and calls up Simran.
Simran tells her that she will be there right away. In the meantime,
Neha has collapsed unconscious on the floor !!! (If she dies, it
will be one more uncalled for death in this serial)
