Pakistani Media Awards held on 30th November Friday at Expo Centre Karachi. Here are Some Results

Best Drama For 2011 Humsafar , Best Producer Of The Year A&B Productions for Roag ,Best director Sarmad Khoosat For Humsafar Best Actor Faysal Qureshi (ROAG) , Best Actress Mahira Khan (Humsafar) , Best Supporting Actor Mohib Mirza (ROAG) , Best Supporting Actress Naveen Waqar (Humsafar)

Mahira won yesss :D but unfortunatly FAWAD DIDN'T he was the most deserving one

What non sense Faysal won 🤢

Fawad was the most deserving from Humsafar cast...even if Fahad won for MAQH i would have been happy but seriously I said it during LSA time and now Faysal didn't deserve for Roag

Happy for Mahira, Naveen, Sarmad, Mohib and Humsafar :)

Why Mahira got the award is beyond me. Fawad deserved the best actor award. The rest of the awards I am fine with.

Has anyone even seen Roag first of all? FQ deserved every award for it. Comparing Roag to Humsafar is simply ridiculous.

^ I have seen Roag, it was good but nothing different just another social issue...which has been done to death have seen better performances from FQ

^^ Please dont get me started on Humsafar now. As much as I liked it, the hype is really annoying. What was new in Humsafar, story-wise??

It takes guts to do a role like FQ's in Roag and doing it with conviction and Ashar in Humsafar wasn't the most challenging role on the planet.

I wanted Saba to win for Best Actress for Maat but she wasn't even nominated as leading.. She was in the supporting category.
I love Mahira, but I think best actress could've waited till we saw a splendid performance from her..
Well it was Public voting so.. Can't say much. It's based on popularityy..

And more than Faisal for Roag it should have been Fahad for MAQH..
Faisal's a great actor.. Roag was good but not his bestt.

What was so special about Roag Faysal behaved same all throughout the serial no change in his character ...got very monotonous after a while

at least Asher had shades ...romantic, emotional, jealous etc

And what about Fahad for MAQH ...doing three characters in same serial not so easy

My point if it was based on popularity then Fawad should have won and If on performance then Fahad deserved it

I wanted Fahad to win instead of both Fawad and Faisal but i have to say just because a role is challenging compared to one that isn't doesn't mean it's not deserving for best actor.. Normal roles can be hard to do because you have to make it seem real and just normal..

And the hype around Humsafar initiated because of the people.. If it's popular it's because of the population more than Hum or the drama itself. So maybe it's the viewers and not the drama which should be considered annoying.

I'm sick and tired of tragedy drama's from A and B productions and other channels so even if i liked Roag it wasn't anything spectacular..

Btw, Mein Chaand Si which was truly amazing wasn't nominated for anythingg.. I wonder why?
