BLIND GOSSIP: The Film in Hot Water and the People Behind it

This movie was announced around the time Bol was to be released (Well, they both were postponed several times). They thought it was the perfect timing to released the posters that received flak from everyone.

The movie directed by a television personality who is known more for his wives than talent has been under several problems ever since its inception. It all started with the cast, which had to be completely changed to accommodate known, television names.

The hype died until the makers came up with a promotional song that was shot on a beach with a gorgeous woman, now trying her luck in Bollywood, walking around.

All the hype and talk fell after it. The director, who was in continuous touch with us, stopped responding to our queries. This surprised us and our birdie brought us what we love the most – inside gossip.

There is not one, but multiple problems. Accidents and quarrels on the set were common when a certain actress, who has announced several times that her face is made for movies, thought she wasn't treated fairly. However, she decided not to make a fuss because she considered the movie her big break.

It went for a while and a shooting schedule of the movie got cancelled, most probably due to Ramadan season, and then the problems started happening. The actress signed a Bollywood flick during this time and flew away.

She in her statements told that she had already shot for her Pakistani movie and is now looking forward to international fame. However, the birdie says that a major portion of the movie has to be shot yet, but the makers are a little apprehensive as the movie has gone out of their hands, and they are not counting on it anymore.

The problem is that the director denies to talk about it. Another leading lady, a television actress going through a tough time these days, was also cast in the movie, but now she is said to have lost interest too. Nevertheless, her friends swear that she is willing to cooperate with the makers, most probably cause she needs something to salvage her dying career, but it is not in her hands.

Our birdie says that the director is fighting tooth and nail to finish the movie, but no one seems to have any idea where this thing is going. Texts and calls from the director to everyone associated with the movie are common but to no avail.
