Remind me when she was rude to her mum, please? I am unable to recall 🤔

And sorry to break it to you but that idea is the truth.

Where does this come up from? No where does the show give this message.. The show was about religion and fighting with your inner self to find Allah.. It would be quite dumb to have a show about religion and expect nothing about God in it..
And Falak wasn't a non-believer in God..

Your point doesn't make sense.

no the show was trying to show that only staunch believers in Allah lead a good life, like nani

praying 5 times a day doesnt make you religious, it makes you a muslim.

I totally disagree with the article, the story was about how fifi discover religion when she had this azmaish...she starts to seek God and this helps her in how to cope with it, she shuns her shallow materialistic ways and see's how the rest of the world lives...whats wrong with that...just because she has a few words with her mother?...yes to earn jannah we are to be respectable to our parents, but not in the matter of deen...we are not supposed to follow them blindly...hazrat Ibrahim may Allah be pleased with him, is the graetest example...he had non muslim parents.

yes salman would have had an affair even if falak was panj waqta namazi, i dont think that was implied in the drama...but coming to God made this ordeal seem less painful for falak...i really dont get these liberal kinds.

but I don't understand why falak got all religious after her husbands affair, and why did she blame her materialistc ways for breaking her marriage?

The only part I fully agree with was when she said that the show was annoying. Yes! It was really annoying and Falak has got to be one of the most annoying characters ever that I stopped watching after the first few episodes and just watched the last couple.

This article is written in a heavily negative tone, the person is just pulling this out of their you know what. If a parent does not teach a child everything they should to give their children all that they need to survive in the real world then yes they are to be blamed. Mehrunissa was not a bad mother, she just got swayed but yes Falak is right in pointing out to her mother that she should have taught her about Islam. Falak was by no means disrespectful in fact throughout she was very respectful towards her mother and especially her grand-mother even when she did not agree with her naani earlier.

The message I got was that being materialistic and narcissistic will not keep you happy, Islam helps to keep you grounded and teaches you patience.
