Going to Hamza would've messed up the life of Hamza's partner. Hamza was committed to someone himself..bringing him back for Falak would've made him no different than Salman as eventually Hamza would've left a girl for Falak.

I believe Hamza's sole purpose was to provide an analogy btwn Salman & Hamza..and it did.

In the bigger picture...Salman acknowledged that he was wrong..Falak told him he had done a lot wrong too..so it's not like Falak just went along without even feeling bad or letting Salman know that he hurt her...eventually, it was down to Falak to forgive Salman & Umera did provide reasoning. She said you can't expect God to forgive you when you, as a person can't forgive another person. Lets not forget, Salman realized his mistake & apologized several times..& in the end, Falak forgave him. After all..humans aren't perfect nor are their relationships..they make mistakes & always will..exactly what Falak said when she broke that statue.

Well thats what the selfish people in our society are doing these days, they just care about their own happiness
If they ended it like this, the story wouldnt have been so deep and touched many peoples hearts, taught them good lessons about being selfless and having faith the way it has!

oh ok so getting married to nice people is selfish?? Interesting!

Adultrey is a totally different topic altogether.. There's no justified comparison between committing a MAJOR SIN such as adultrey and forgiving for re-marrying/cheatingg.
The ending was absolutely justified because Falak was shown as the stronger person, not Salman.. The way she forgived him is what Islam preaches.. Your not supposed to severe ties with one another.. Forgive and forgett is so important..
Divorce is so common in western societies but it's the one thing Allah Hates!
If you can fix your issues why do you wanna get divorced?
Your supposed to compromise.. Yes sometimes the woman ends up sacrificing and compromising much more but it's for your own benefit.. Patience is given more to woman then men.. Woman have an equal status to men in Islam.. Falak got to make her own choice.. No one blackmailed her into doing so.. Salman was the weak one.. He apologized, and it's good they made a new start..
Not everything has to be seen through the eye of a liberal western approach.. Sometimes it's beyond that.
