It was just like any other day at the ETF head quarters she was done studying the case and went to hand it over to her boss. "Rathore sir here is the file im done studying it" said Riya . "Thank you" said rathore while taking the file from her hand he stared at her left hand . she looks at what he is staring at and noticed the ring on her finger . They both look up at each other and just smile without saying a word . she walks over to get a cup of coffee and while pouring the coffee she is lost in thought while staiing at her ring . It wasn't an ordinary ring it was her engagement ring a beautiful antic solitaire ring it was his grandmothers ring . It was a Rathore family tradition that the ring be given to the eldest grandsons would be wife. It was his amanat that was on her finger for the last 2 years .how so much had changed between them in those years nobody could really understand what exactly happened thought riya while sipping her coffee and walking back over to the table .

Rathore who was reading the file given by riya noticed how she was lost in her known thoughts. "I know Riya tum kya soch re ho , you are thinking about us" . "About how much our lives have changed in just 24 months". "We have been together for the past 5 years, The 1^st 3 years of our dating was the happiest time for the both of us" . Arjun had just walked in and could sense the awkward silence in the room.

She had walked over to rathore . "sameer um I was thinking if you don't mind hum aaj can we cancel our date actually itna kaam hai" . aur but before she could finish .

"Riya its fine I understand and you are right wiase bhi there is a lot of work to be done aaj hi have wrap it up tho its fine" said Rathore

Arjun along with shree and chotu who were very well aware of the tensions between them every day it was the same . The Formalness ,quietness, the awkwardness between them .. the only thing that he could think when seeing those to was kuch tho chut ra hai . he felt for them both actually he understood both riya and rathore POV's rathore who seems lost despite being with his fiance and riya who is confused and what is going on in her known life not want to accept her emotions . arjun could relate to them both but mostly riya at times he too felt very confused about his known feelings . he was on a rollercoaster ride of emotions himself. Gulit, dperssion, pain , loss and the agaony of loving and losing . he knew that riy and rtahore both had at least 2 of these feelings of their own that they were dealing with. Honestly he couldn't stand either rathore nor riya bith were head strong individuals who always spoke their mind and were loaded with attiude. But their was just something about riya he hated ' he hated how she would remind him of his wife . that's why his rude behavior was his only wall he could put up he thought . he went over to the table and sat down sipping his favorite cutting chai . shree usually this kind of slience always comes before a storm . samhje ya samjao ? says arjun

Both Riya and Rathore had thought several times of ending their relationship, but both were unsure of what the other would feel, and neither wanted to hurt each other. Rathore was lost in his thoughts of his pasts, all the lovely moments he had spent with Riya. He really wanted Riya to be happy, he himself wanted to be happy in his life, but somehow both just drifted away from each other, and he couldnt do anything to prevent it.

Suddenly his phone rang disturbing his thoughts, it was the Commissioner

"Rathore, we have a new case. There is going to be the biggest and most important bridal show of the year in India, where the world's biggest fashion designers and top models will be coming. However their whole unit was burnt down yesterday, and one of the top models have disappeared. This show cant be cancelled, and you have to nab the one who's trying to destroy the show, and save the top model"

"we have a case, let's go," Rathore told everyone.
