hi all

i follow this show but i never posted here in the forums.Today i saw in fb that SBS gonna end.the article is as follows

Ravi Dubey (Tej) and Aishwarya Sakhuja (Toasty)

Optimystix's show on Sony Entertainment Television, Saas Bina Sasural is all set to wrap up in a month's time. The soap which has been entertaining masses from quite some time now saw a dip in ratings in recent times with the female lead,Aishwarya Sakhuja aka Toasty, being unwell and staying away from shooting.

Aishwarya has been ill and has been struggling to cope with the pressure of shooting.

Confirmed Sneha Rajani, Business Head, Sony Entertainment Television, "Yes,Saas Bina Sasural will go off air. Actually, Aishwarya has been keeping unwell and she is too dear to Sony, so we don't want to replace her. We are yet to figure out the end track. I want Aishwarya to go back to her hometown Delhi and recuperate."

We wish and pray that Aishwarya gets hale and hearty in the coming days.

Furthermore, it is believed that Shashi-Summet Productions' Pvt Ltd's upcoming show Beauty and the Beast will replace Saas Bina Sasural.

My favourite serial is going off air.Read an article abt it.

Hey! I just read the news too... Dont know if its a good news or a bad news.. But the way the current track was shaping up.. this was bound to happen..

Now the question remains, how are they going to end it?

They should end it with toasty surviving because if they kill her then usmein aur Vimla ke character mein koi farq nahi reh jaayega.. Both Vimla and toasty are different despite having similar character sketches..

Finally... curtains to the show... 😭so this is the main reason behind all this "Last stage brain tumor" track... its becoz of aishwarya's illness... n i hve also noticed dat she looks tired while doing her scenes on tv... its a very sad news fr all the sbs fans... as we got so attached with this show and it's characters in these 1.5 years of the journey of this show... anyways get well soon aishwarya n my best wishes for future to all the people who worked for the success this show... they hve done a gr888888 job with this serial... although the show became rough later especially from the start of the kia track because of the deviation from the light hearted, crisp n funny theme,, n thus, went tumbling down n down...The CVs since then couldn't just come up with interesting tracks... This show had lots n lots of potential...

talking about the ending of this story,, i feel that at least now they should not kill toasty's character... they should end it on a happy note with toasty somehow surviving the "Last stage brain tumor"...😕(although its nearly impossible for that to happen in reality)...it seems that prachin dimple love track has started n they may be shown united by the end along with malti bhabhi's delivery... 😊

and who knows they may also show a leap of 14-15 months in the final episode showing Vedika's and Tejya's cute kids😊...

But i must say that it was a good decision by Sony to wrap up with the serial instead of continuing with the show WITHOUT TOASTY... Saas Bina Sasural became synonymous to Toasty and it would have been extremely hard for sbs fans to even imagine Toasty Bina Sasural... The show had already lost it's momentum and good TRP's, so its better to end the show gracefully, on a decent note rather than further messing it up... Feeling very sad and disappointed...😭

I have started getting withdrawal symptoms already😒😒.. This show was like a whiff of fresh air for me.. I had just got married and had become a house wife after giving up on a lucrative career.. I laughed, cried with this show.. My pregnancy and miscarriage also co-incided with this show..

I'll miss it for the pure fun and enjoyment i derived from this show.. I agree that the Kia-track brought about the downfall of this show and they could have explored many more tracks.. but I guess this is it..

sigh!
