Urmila gets talking to one of the inmates in the prison and tries to get her to talk against the malpractices in the jail she also asks her if she knows of anyone else who has been subjected to such treatment. Thus, she starts a movement of sorts in the jail. Neha calls Simran and asks her whether she will be her doctor. Simran says she would if Neha trusts her. Neha agrees and Simran also says she will be her doctor. Rashmi listens to this and realizes the truth.
