OS : The Remaining Distance
Her body responded with anticipation and fear...
When they entered the dark, abandoned building, they weren't aware what mysteries the night would unveil...
Her burning eyes darted around as her husband breached the perimeter of the rope that divided them...
A great shuddering sigh escaped from her..."Ar...Arnavji..."
The breathless yet gentle way that she murmered his name made his heart tingle...
Without saying another word, his strong arms lifted her...
A long moment later, she felt him ease her down, and lay her backward...
Khushi suddenly became very much aware of what he was doing as his sinewed arms held his body over hers...
Arnav dared not speak.
His eyes were now possessing the most beautiful woman he'd ever seen in his life...
And knowing that she was his, made his blood simmer with desire...
Responding to his bodies urges, he began to lower his head to hers...
Khushi had never felt her pulse pounding so hard before...
His vehemently whispered words of love echoed in her mind...plummeting to the very depth of her soul...

Fear, nerves, shock...
Overwhelmed at the passion flowing through her, Khushi desperately tried to escape his action by turning to her side...
Only to be caught by her husbands strong hand...

But not from the cold...

With one final pull, her skin became unvieled to her husband...
Arnav slowly turned her to face him...
As she did, the fabric that surrounded her began to fall away...
Anxiety fluttered through her again, and she started moving back, but he moved that much more closer against her...
His eyes penetrated into hers...
She felt suddenly as if she were drowning...
The power of their love began drawing the very breath from her body...
But his mouth moved closer to hers once more...
The last remaining distance, was about to end...
Her lips trembled as she felt his breath so close...
He waited...hovering...and finally whispered..."Khushi..."
"Arnavji'" She'd said his name with a voice that sounded not her own, hoarse, shaking, and she trembled from head to toe...
"I love you...please...please forgive me..."
She fell quiet, her sobs becoming a great shuddering sigh that tore at him deeper than anything she could say would...
So deep that he felt a sudden tears in his own eyes as he held her head against his heart, his lips a mere breath away from his...
He needed to protect her...
The last remaining distance, was about to end...

He waited...hovering...and finally whispered..."Khushi..."

She froze as his soft lips touched hers...
Never had anything felt so wonderful...
She began to tremble as his mouth pressed in more firmly...
Tasting, teasing...his kiss filled with such deep passion that she knew at once she was lost...
As her desire began to build, she realized that she couldn't be close enough to him, near enough to him...
Her hands moved up his damp, matted chest to the massive breadth of his shoulders as his arms tightened around her.
The night was cold, but everything else was so warm, his lips moving so hungrily over hers...
He couldn't think of it anymore...
He didn't want to think about it, not now, not now.

"Relax Khushi...I will never hurt you...ever...I love you..."
He had whispered so huskily that she shivered, staring up at him as if cast in some seductive spell.
Staring up at him as he bent his head to kiss her, his tongue first sweeping languorously across her lips before he pressed his mouth possessively to hers.
But he didn't kiss her long, kneeling over her again, Khushi looked away shyly as her body was now bared to his gaze.
