But my dear, let me also tell you that this is the reality, many places in India are still orthodox, & they do believe & convict such actions!

This is toh nothing in front of reality that women have to face everyday everytime in their daily life.

This show will bring awareness amongst all those who attempt to harass women like this, to better stop doing it, we need to change according to the generation.

Fact is many places in India are still living in the underdog & old caste & custom stuffs, so to bring awareness we need to keep bringing up shows like this.

PS: I realise, some took to the POST, a little too seriously.CALM DOWN. I saw the FIRST SHOW and stated my thoughts,which obivously, isnt welcome. COOL.

Rest assured, I like the cast and the main lead, which i realise is Dhrasti Dhami and Vivan D'Sena, who, i know are GREAT performers.

that said, i too, dont appreciate personal jibes and rude remarks. Lets maintain a level ground. i critcised the show. You are welcome to defend it.

well sorry to say but your topic 'ABUSE AND BULL CRAP AT ITS BEST' doesn't speak of criticism..it stinks of bashing...and that's why we took an offence..

It was just a OTT episode as a tribute to 70's hindi movies... Everything cliched!!

I wont say MB is sending any message as it just showed a side of Sick peoples side who still vote for baby Boy ove Baby Gal ...

Please do not drag other show and other forum members into this forum and compare anything , every show has a way of story telling, and this is just a first episode most shows either be simple and classy with that or they show drama to grab attention which can be used to T later ...

I'm okay with the show's content as long as ^no one claims that they are sending out a message ( and if they are, they better make sure it's not regressive ) . So far , all we've seen is what the lead protagonist's mother went through . NO ONE is endorsing what happened. Ofcourse , we know it's backward , but ^no reason why it shouldn't be shown . Anyways , it's just athe backstory which I'm hoping will be wrapped up quickly .

If you're looking for progressive cinema , stay away from Indian television. Every show is regressive , backward or sexist on some level I found IPK extremely sexist in the beginning after which I gave up on the show .

Opinions are most welcome . It gets boring with everyone going 'Oooh , wowzie' all the time . I do hope though it's not one of those " Let's go to their forum to instigate the pankhis" posts because theyr XYZ's fan because then that means I wasted a good 5 mins typing this up and 10 mins browsing through this topic on my super slow net .

Everyone , no personal remarks please.

Opinions are always welcome in this forum, but opinions that have the ability to hurt another person personally is not welcome.

If you don't like the show, that's fine. Do share your opinions but not on another person's expense. When stating your views, look at the other people.

And please it's a rule, a strict rule to not bash. If you don't like a show, tell what can make it better.
