Episode starts with Virat saying Manvi is suffering from cancer and cant donate her blood to anyone. Manvi runs away from there leaving Viren and others in shock. Virat begs all to not disclose this truth to Jeevika, He says Manvi had accepted all those harsh words for the sake of her sister's safety and at this point everyone should support her. Swamini is ashamed of her own words and feels pity for the poor little girl!
Viren goes to Manvi's room, She was sitting at a corner and crying hard. Viren comes near and puts his hand on her head, He apologizes for everything. Manvi grabs him and starts crying even louder. Viren says normally he never makes mistakes in understanding someone's intentions but he was wrong this time, He says he cant go back in past and change whatever happened. Manvi interrupts him and says 'Every girl should have a husband like you' and till date she kept saying Viren is lucky to have a wife like Jeevika but today she wants to modify her statement. She then says 'Her sister is lucky to have a husband like him'. Viren smiles back and says every Jeeju should have a sister - in - law like Manvi. He asks her to forgive him for the hospital fiasco, Manvi says she had deleted those memories from her memory long back. Viren says he would never forgive her for hiding the cancer thing, She says she didnt wanted to hurt him. Viren replies that her silence has hurted him way more than the truth itself and they hug again. Manvi says even god cant handle her immaturity and blabbering, and if god picks her off the earth, she will make sure that god regrets this incident bigtime. Viren says he will slap her if she doesnt stops such unhealthy talks. Viren says she should tell everything to Jeevika and then they would find a solution. Manvi flashes his hand in seconds and forces him to swear on her and not tell anything to Jeevika, as she is weak and wont be able to digest this news. Viren cries and promises her to follow her words, he then asks her to come with her to his bedroom and Jeevika about the patchup sthing. Manvi says her sister must be sleeping so they should talk to her at the morning. Virat overhears everything standing at the door.
Beeji is worried about the financial condition. Madan asks someone to give him sometime to return their money on phone. Beeji enters in the room and wonders about the insurance policy money. Madan says he had invested some amount on the raw stock hence they still need some money to get rid of the total debt money. He assures that everything will be fine in 15 days as he is expecting some delivery by that time.
Dabbu and Chachi scares a stranger saying their house is ruled by some evil devil. That guys runs off hearing their dramatic story. Beeji comes with snacks and tea and gets mad at both Dabbu and Chachi for scaring him away. Chachi says she is ready to spend few days without food but wont allow her to sell their home. Beeji says she is planning to give their hall on rent. Dabbu runs behind him to get him back.
In the morning Manvi comes to Jeevika and they talk on random emotional topics. Viren comes in and he greets Manvi. Jeevika gets surprised at this change. She starts suspecting them and scolds Manvi for not telling her the truth. She accuses her for not having any feelings for her sister and strictly tells her to not enter in her room until she tells her the truth behind her decision.
Precap : Viren tries to convince Manvi to tell the truth to Jeevika otherwise she wont allow her to enter in the room. He threatens her to do that herself or he will eventually end up telling everything to Jeevika.
