Hey guys!!! I'm updating today because the scheduled updater could not. So without further ado, here is what happened 😛
The show opens with Manan giving Beeji the ultimatum that she needs to tell Manvi about her condition or he will tell her as he can't hide the truth any longer (finally!!!😆). Beeji tearily tells him to hold on just a bit longer till she can find the right time to tell Manvi. Beeji does the whole 'aapko meri kasam, usse kuch mat batana' thing. They hang up and Beeji continues to cry and voice her dilemma that she can't do anything in this situation.
Scene shifts to a sad Virat sitting on a window sill deep in thought. He's having flashbacks to the Holi day when Manvi is telling him that he stills loves Maya. Virat gets a call from none other than Maya. He picks up and Maya says thanks for dropping her home. She tells him that she didn't want to bother him or have any other intention in calling other than saying thanks (yeah right!!!). Virat tells her she doesn't need to thank him and says that he only did it as she was the guest of the Vadhera house and they treat all their guests with utmost respect. Before Maya can get another word, Virat hangs up.
Viren is telling Jeevika that she should take Beeji and Manvi out to have fun. Jeevika is smiling and Viren asks her why. Jeevika tells him that she asked Manvi about her relationship with Virat. Viren is all excited but Jeevika calms him down saying that Manvi said that nothing is going on between them, they are just friends (typical dialogue much?)! Jeevika reminds him that now Viren has lost their bet. They have a cute romantic moment where Viren says that he'll pay the jurmana for losing.
Manvi is talking to Maya in front of Swamini Bua (SB). She tells Maya to do as she says and Virat will come around soon. SB looks on happily. Manvi tells SB that there is good news - Virat talked to Maya nicely on the phone and said that dropping her home after the holi party was his duty (I dunno how these people got this out of his clipped replies earlier... lol). SB is happy and congratulates her and tells her that she needs to speed up her plan to unite these two. She says that beeji wants to take her back home to Hrishikesh soon and the only reason she is still here is due to her sprained ankle. Manvi starts dancing and tells SB the secret that she never had any sprain, she was just pretending so she could stay back. Manvi tells SB that she isn't leaving until she unites Virat and Maya no matter how many pretences she has to do. SB affectionately admonishes her for the lie.
Beeji is telling Madan that Dr. M was right, they need to get Manvi's treatment started right away (finally, they realize the urgency!!!) and to get tickets booked right away. Jeevika overhears and tries to tell Beeji that Manvi can't go with her sprained ankle. Beeji snaps at her angrily that she isn't making Manvi walk - they will be going in a train and she and Madan will take care of her! Jeevika is hurt and asks Beeji why she got so angry over something so little. Beeji leaves without saying anything.
Virat is sulking in his room staring out a window and Manvi comes to cheer him up. Manvi teases him about Maya and he gets irritated telling her to stop her teasing. She teases him some more about Maya. They do their usual nok-jhok and call each other names. They move from the window to sitting on the bed. Virat tries to watch TV. Mavi keeps teasing him about Maya and love and Virat keeps getting irritated. He finally snaps and tells her to leave - pack her bags and go home. He walks away leaving a confused Manvi in his room.
Manan is talking to another doctor on the phone about Manvi's treatment and says that it'll be started as soon as she gets back to Hrishikesh in 2 days. He's tries to call a number but it keeps coming as unavailable.
At the Vadhera house, the elders are sitting and having tea. Beeji says she won't drink tea as she is fasting and can only drink water. Beeji goes away to charge her phone. Jeevika's phone starts ringing and it is Dr. M calling. She picks up and Beeji overhears her saying Dr. M and gets super worried. The line is not clear and Dr. M hangs up. SB inquires about the call and Jeevika says it was Dr. M and everyone is concerned. Beeji says that it's probably for her and takes the phone and tells Dr. M that she'll call him back in a bit. Beeji leaves and Jeevika looks on suspiciously.
Beeji is praying to God for help. Madan comes back and tells her that the earliest tickets were for day after tomorrow. They vow to leave then. Beeji tells him that Dr. M called Jeevika and that she didn't let them talk. Madan is relieved.
Jeevika is confused as to why Dr. M called. She calls him back to question him. However, Beeji calls him first and asks why he called Jeevika. He says because I couldn't reach you and wanted to ask when to set Manvi's appointment for the treatment. They talk about the treatment and Beeji tells Dr. M to not tell Jeevika about Manvi and that she will tell her when the time is right. Dr. M agrees and Beeji thanks him.
Dr. M now gets a call from Jeevika asking why he called. He lies and says he wanted to talk about Beeji and tell her why her joints hurt (I'm not sure what disease he said, sorry...). Jeevika is relivied because it was a very normal/curable thing that he said Beeji had. Jeevika requests Dr. M that in the future, if there is anything troubling or stressful, to please tell her! Dr. M looks guilty.
Everyone is sitting and drinking tea again in the drawing room, when Beeji and Madan come there (how many times do these guys drink tea?!😆). Apparently, Beeji's fast is done because she drinks some. SB starts a pointless conversation about Yuvraj Singh, the cricketer, having cancer. She says how cancer is such a horrible disease and it is weird to know that he has it. She says that no one is safe from it. Viren says how Yuvi had a post on a social networking site saying that he is recovering and how cancer can be cured now. The forever pessimistic SB says that not everyone gets cured and how she did a charity gala recently and how she read some research from the cancer institute that says only 10% of cancer patients recover after treatment and that 90% never recover (I'm sure everyone knows math lady!😛). Madan and Beeji look on worriedly during this entire conversation.
Preview: Manvi is fighting with Beeji saying that she can't go to Hrishikesh right now. Beeji is teary and tries to reason and ends up saying that they need to go back for her treatment. Manvi says that she doesn't need treatment - zara sa chakkar hi to aaya tha. Out of exasperation, Beeji shouts at her that she doesn't have any disease - she has cancer! Beeji and Manvi both look shocked.

So, not that great of an episode. The only good parts were the Viren-Jeevika moment earlier in the episode, the VirMan nok-jhok scenes and the preview! Can't wait for the next few episodes when we get to see Manvi's reaction to her illness!
