They took forever finalizing the name, and now Kucch Pyaar Ka Paagalpan Bhi Tha is finally on air. The drama has such huge name associated to it which results in huge expectations too. Does it live up to them or fails? Read on to find out. It tells the story of Mujtaba(Fawad Khan) belonging to a middle class family, who moves to US for a better future living there with his uncle. Mujtaba is a snob and he passes paths with Daniez(Ayesha Khan), Shamraiz(Mikaal) and Kiran(Sanam Baloch). Their interaction, family and livesmake up the story. Frankly speaking, there is NO story, and whatever story there is fails to attain your interest. The twists are totally boring and everything helps you sleep. Haissan Hussein is not in form. After Akbari Asghari, this is another failure from the director who equally has to shoulder the responsibility. The director and the script writer(Samira Fazal) are to be blamed here. The screenplay is bland and the scenesflow rather unattractively. None of the characters strike the right chord. Honestly you just do not connect with the happenings that are going on. Surprisingly, even the romantic scenes fail.Dialogues do not offer anything new. Editing is poor and too much time is wasted with nothing happening. What was the director thinking when he approved 10 minutes scenes with characters roaming around, lying down or just crying? 10 MINUTES! There is nothing that you take home but a poor final presentation. The serial has some big names associated with it. Fawad Khan is back with Haissam, but he fails toimpress thanks to a poorly crafted character. He plays the snob nicely, but the other facet is so poorly written and directed-I cannot blame the actor for that. Ayesha Khan with her fake accent makes you laugh unintentionally which is not a good thing. It is the last thing one expects from someone as seasoned as her. Mikaal gets no scope and plays the very usual role. Sanam Baloch does justice to her role, but even she couldn't do much. The actor playing Sanam's brother leaves a mark. Rest of the cast Is good. On the whole, KPKPPBT does not live up to the hype. The serial takes forever picking up, and when it does it is too late. Poor script, direction and lackluster acting make it something better avoided. Disappointing!
its quite rude.i like this drama very much.Its fun to watch kpkbt.This drama has some witty dialogues which make me smile.if this drama is flop then why this drama always comes into top 5 drama of week.Mainly Editing is the week point of this drama.
IMO it doesn't even deserve two stars.. It's far from decent. Besides Fawad and Sanam's brother, everyone sucks in their role. Such a disappointing drama!
well deserve but only fawad & sanam makes me wanna watch it❤️ and another good thing about this show is the song is sung by rahat😆 no offense to the show viewers
