can anyone tell me what is the difference between tam ratings and trp ratings,

its so sad rank is down😭

Is there any way to request for repeat telecast of same episode on same day like how they show Tarak mehta ka oolta chasma at 8.30 and then repeat at 11.00 pm same night. Due to hectic work schedule, I miss watching this show nowadays at 8.30 pm..and seriously wanted a repeat at a later time. I'm sure many others would also be having the same issue.
