Children, in place of my daily review, today I will focus on the 4 different species of scorpions present at RM, in order of rank.
#4 The Plastic Scorpion
Makes a good toy. Can survive for long periods of time in air-tight containers.
This garden scorpion's sting is far from dangerous, though its sting can be quite irritating.
#2 (Pun intended) The Tailless Whip Scorpion
This species is not a member of the scorpion family, but resemble a cross between a scorpion and a spider. They protect themselves by hiding under leaves and debris by day. At night, they come out to hunt and feed. Some species stay in caves while some dwell in houses.
And last, but never, EVER the least...
#1 The Gold Scorpion
Gold Scorpions are known to be aggressive, and use their claws primarily for defense, as opposed to other scorpion species that use their stinger. Gold Scorpions are extremely venomous, and can be fatal for victims that aren't in the best of health. The poison of Gold Scorpions can quickly cause symptoms, including an elevated heart rate, convulsions, fever, blood pressure and coma.
