sbs/sbb segment

my dearoos... today sbs/sbb( i am sorry.. i am not sure) segment on MLTAK was shown... where both arjun and lakshmi were dripping wet in the rain... and suddenly arjun ( i dont know whether he proposes to her) goes down on his knees and gives her a bouquet of flowers...😳
i am sorry i dont remember any more details... i caught the segment at the end... where they show the repeat of the scenes shown at the beginning...
the reporter was saying about pyaar ka izhaar... if somebody got the segment maybe they can help??... thanks...
