neha's mom is surprised to see that abhi is the father of Astha and she looks at simran and says she wants to talk to her in private. She asks simran why did she not tell her that she was married to abhi and abhi was astha's dad and why did she keep quite when she asked her to ask abhi about neha's proposal. Simran tells her that she is divorced and she is good friends with abhi and that is all.
Neha's mom asks neha later if she knew abhi was married and to which she reply's yes. Neha asks her mom if she likes to stay in bombay and her mom says she should say where abhi is. Neha is happy to hear that.
Manu is reading news paper when his sis tries to console him to get back to work atleast for Naghmana and Faraz sake. He agrees and gets ready to go to work.
Simran calls her doctor and gets permission to visit hospital as she is getting bored and she promises not to stress herself. She comes into her room and when she opens her wardrobe she finds the wedding gifts from manu and she removes them from the wardrobe and returns them to manu. Manu and his sister are upset. Naghma sees this and feels bad.
Simran comes to meet Manas and at the same time Manu comes there and he tries to apologize to her and simran is hesitant. At the same time abhi comes there to ask why did she come to the hospital and then realizes that manu and simran were talking. Manu leaves from there.
Manu goes to manas and says that he wants to quit the job and manas asks what he wants to do after quitting since his responsibilties have also increased. Simran comes there and manu takes of from there.
Abhi tries to convince simran that she should forgive him because manu really loved her and did that because he was scared that he would loose and her. He also says that he might wanted to forget his and her past and start new and there was nothing wrong in that. So she should forgive him. He also says that it is weird that he is saying this because he too hurt her.
Abhi asks simran to think about this and leaves from there. Simran is thinking how much abhi has changed and got matured.
