When I Refreshed Balloon Contest Page

I Got this Error...

oh that's cuz u either tried to refresh the page or go back and u cant do that..so just click on the balloon contest icon at the top of the page....

Ummm.....theres really no problem but, a qestion can newbies join beacause i think not beacause they hardly no any thing !!! i no little more then newbies cuz of my couzin !! newbies dont get mad beacause im a newbie my self 😉 to but if u do feel free to join the balloon contest
