Episode starts with asher standing in the garden. He is tensed and he starts doing random things and falls. They take him to hospital because he had a nervous breakdown. Khizer calls up fareeda to tell her that khirad has reached hyderabad and she tells him to leave for abroad. Asher is lying on teh hospital bed and fareeda is worried. Back to hyderabad, khala brings food for khirad and tells her to eat and she denies. Khala makes her eat forcefully by telling her that she has to eat for the baby.
Sara calls up fareeda to ask her about asher's health and she is making fun of khizer. Fareeda tells her to go out on dinner with him as he's going away. They both are in the resturant, sara asks when he's going to come back and he says are you gonna wait for me ? and she says ya come back as soon as you compete your studies. Khizer tells her I am happy and when I'll back we'll marry and sara looks on. At hospital fareeda is caressing asher's head and tells him sara calls up to ask about you talk to her she is concerned, what have you done to yourself for that girl.
